Here at Cornerstone we want to live by the Word of God. We believe the Bible is the absolute authority for our faith and our lives. Many questions have risen in the hearts of men and through biblical understanding and having the correct contextual veiw we find the answers to our questions in the Word of God.

Hello, I would like to find out a little more about your church. I am looking for a church with Sunday evening and Wednesday services. My church is only Sunday morning. Although I love it I feel our family needs a little more. I would love to find a choir for my daughter (loves music) and classes for us all.
Pastor Williams on 04-09-2013 at 11:52 AM
Sarah Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone. While we are a small church we have a heart for families. We have two Sunday school classes: 1)12 and under 2)13 to adult. As far as an evening class our service time are 10:30 am(Morning) and then at 1:30(Afternoon) . We usually have a lunch between the two. Then on Wednesday night we have our Midweek Bible study. We also have small groups that meet on Mondays (Men) and Tuesdays (Women). I am sorry to tell you we do not have a choir yet. We hope you will come and visit with us. Sorry it took so long to answer.

My husband and I are planning to visit Bentonville, AR in May. We are searching for a place to worship. We like the old fashioned Gospel message and songs from a hymn book, not the rock music we have found at other churches in Bentonville. Could you share what kind of music you have? God bless you in advance is my prayer.
Pastor Williams on 02-12-2014 at 10:01 PM
Dear Linda,
The short answer to your question is yes we sing hymns out of hymnal, we also put the words on the screen. Our special music is sometimes contemporary, but is never a rock concert. Most are done with an acoustic guitar and the piano. Now as to the preaching, we are emphatic about our bible preaching and teaching. We are currently in the middle of a verse-by-verse study through the Gospel of Matthew and have been for about a little over a year. On Wednesday night we are currently studying the 7 churches inthe book of Revelation. I hope I have answered your questions. We would love to have you and your husband for visit inmay. Please go through our website about what we belive and teach and our conconstitution and bylaws. If you have any other questions please contact us.

Do you use the King James Bible in your services? This is important to me.
Pastor Williams on 05-12-2015 at 9:50 PM
Hello Christine, We do use the KJV in our services and church. We do it as a matter of consistancy. Most people have or are okay with using the KJV and learning together helps us all. In addition we also use it because it is derived from the "textus receptus" which we belive is the best Greek manuscript for the New Testament.

Reading through your web site it appears your Sunday school hour takes place in 'small groups' prior to the regular worship service. Would that be a correct assumption? Not necessarily in a specific age group? I think we may visit your church this Sunday, we're looking for a new church home. Thank you....
Pastor Williams on 10-27-2015 at 9:53 PM
Doug in answer to your question, yes, our Sunday school is made up of family groups rather than an age segregated class. Our model is family integrated. We would enjoy having you and your family visit.
